Daily Motivation TV is a faith-based ministry brand offering digital printables, journals, planners, and trackers, along with printed notebooks and planners fulfilled through a print-on-demand partner.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, OR have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase on our Site.

3. Products

We offer two categories of products:

  • Digital Products: PDF downloads delivered electronically upon purchase. No physical item is shipped.
  • Physical Products: Printed notebooks, planners, and journals produced through a print-on-demand partner and shipped directly to you.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, layouts, and content accurately, but we do not guarantee that your device's display will exactly match the final printed or downloaded product.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that the payment and shipping information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.

5. Digital Product License

When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may print copies for your own personal use. You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share digital files with others for the purpose of earning money
  • Upload our digital products to file-sharing sites or shared drives
  • Claim our content as your own or use it to create a competing product

All content remains the intellectual property of Daily Motivation TV.

6. Shipping & Fulfillment

Physical products are produced on demand and shipped according to the timelines outlined in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by our shipping carriers or print partner once an order has entered production.

8. Faith-Based Content

Our products contain Christian, faith-based content, including scripture references (World English Bible or King James Version, as noted per product). By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the religious nature of our content.
