Daily Motivation TV Creator & Affiliate Program Terms

Welcome to the Daily Motivation TV Creator & Affiliate Program (“Program”).

These Creator & Affiliate Program Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in the Program operated by Daily Motivation TV (“Daily Motivation TV,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By joining, accepting an invitation to, applying for and subsequently participating in, or otherwise participating in the Program, you (“Creator,” “Affiliate,” or “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

Participation may also be subject to applicable Shopify Collabs terms and policies.

1. Program Purpose

The Program allows approved creators to promote eligible Daily Motivation TV products through authorized affiliate links, creator discount codes, social media content, websites, and other approved promotional channels.

Approved Creators may earn commissions on qualifying purchases attributed to their affiliate activity.

Certain Creators may also be offered complimentary physical or digital products or additional collaboration opportunities at the Company's discretion.

Participation in the Program does not create an employer-employee, partnership, joint venture, franchise, agency, or similar relationship between Daily Motivation TV and the Creator.

2. Eligibility and Approval

Participation in the Program is subject to approval by Daily Motivation TV.

We may approve or decline applications based on factors including brand fit, content quality, audience relevance, promotional practices, geographic considerations, and other legitimate business considerations.

Approval into the affiliate Program does not automatically entitle a Creator to complimentary products, paid sponsorships, or other collaborations.

Creators must provide accurate and current information when participating in the Program.

3. Affiliate Commission

Unless a different rate is communicated to a Creator for a particular program, product, tier, or campaign, approved Creators participating in our standard Creator Partner Program may earn:

20% commission on qualifying eligible product sales.

A “Qualifying Purchase” is a completed purchase that:

is properly attributed to the Creator through Shopify Collabs or another tracking method authorized by Daily Motivation TV;
is successfully paid;
complies with these Terms and applicable Program rules;
is not fraudulent or artificially generated; and
has not been cancelled, returned, refunded, disputed, or charged back.

Commission calculations are determined according to the applicable Program configuration and Shopify Collabs tracking and attribution rules.

Shipping, taxes, duties, gift cards, refunds, credits, and other non-eligible charges may be excluded from commission calculations.

4. Creator Customer Discount

Creators in the applicable Program may receive a creator offer providing their audience with a 5% discount on eligible purchases.

Discount availability, eligibility, combination with other promotions, and application at checkout are subject to Shopify's discount rules and the Company's current promotional settings.

Daily Motivation TV may run separate storewide promotions from time to time.

Creator discounts do not necessarily combine with other discounts, sales, promotional codes, or special offers unless permitted by the Company's applicable Shopify settings.

5. Commission Holding Period and Payment

Creator commissions are currently subject to a 30-day holding period before becoming eligible for payment.

This period allows for cancellations, refunds, returns, disputes, fraud reviews, chargebacks, and other transaction adjustments.

Payments are processed in accordance with Shopify Collabs' applicable payment procedures and requirements.

Creators are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information and for their own applicable tax obligations.

Daily Motivation TV does not guarantee any minimum level of commissions, sales, traffic, or income.

6. Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Chargebacks

No commission is payable on a transaction that is cancelled, fully refunded, returned, fraudulent, disputed, charged back, or otherwise determined not to qualify.

Where permitted by the applicable platform and law, commissions associated with subsequently invalidated transactions may be cancelled, reversed, withheld, or deducted from future amounts payable.

7. Self-Purchases

Creators are permitted under the Daily Motivation TV Program to make legitimate purchases through their own affiliate link or creator offer.

However, eligibility for commission on a self-purchase is subject to Shopify Collabs' applicable tracking, attribution, payment, fraud-prevention, and platform rules.

Daily Motivation TV does not guarantee that Shopify Collabs will attribute or pay commission on a Creator's self-purchase.

Self-purchases must be genuine transactions and must not be made for the purpose of manipulating commissions, discounts, attribution, or Program benefits.

Creators must not create false transactions, fake accounts, intentionally refundable orders, or otherwise manipulate the Program.

A self-purchase that is cancelled, returned, refunded, disputed, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid does not qualify for commission.

8. Complimentary and Gifted Products

Daily Motivation TV may offer selected Creators complimentary physical or digital products for evaluation, content creation, or promotional purposes.

Receiving a complimentary product does not automatically guarantee or require a social media post, unless specific content deliverables have been separately agreed to between Daily Motivation TV and the Creator.

Similarly, approval into the Program does not guarantee that a Creator will receive complimentary products.

Where specific deliverables, posting dates, platforms, usage rights, or other campaign requirements are agreed upon, those requirements may be documented separately in writing.

Complimentary products are generally not redeemable for cash.

Creators are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when claiming physical gifts.

International shipments may be subject to customs, duties, taxes, or other requirements depending on destination.

9. Affiliate Links and Promotional Codes

Creators may receive unique affiliate links, referral links, promotional codes, discount codes, or other tracking mechanisms.

Creators must not manipulate or interfere with affiliate tracking or attribution.

Prohibited activities include:

cookie stuffing;
fake clicks or purchases;
bot-generated traffic intended to produce commissions;
fraudulent orders;
misleading discount claims;
impersonating Daily Motivation TV;
unauthorized manipulation of tracking parameters;
creating false identities or accounts to obtain commissions or discounts; or
any other attempt to artificially generate commissions.

Daily Motivation TV may investigate suspicious activity and suspend or terminate participation where appropriate.

10. Creator Content and Promotional Standards

Creators are encouraged to promote Daily Motivation TV products using their own authentic voice, style, and experience.

Creators must not:

make false, deceptive, or misleading statements;
misrepresent product features, contents, prices, materials, availability, or benefits;
make guarantees or claims that Daily Motivation TV does not make;
create deceptive testimonials or experiences;
falsely claim to have personally used a product;
infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
publish unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise prohibited material in connection with the Company; or
falsely represent themselves as an employee or official spokesperson of Daily Motivation TV.

Creators remain responsible for their own content and compliance with applicable platform rules and laws.

11. Advertising and Affiliate Disclosures

Creators must clearly disclose their material relationship with Daily Motivation TV whenever required by applicable advertising, endorsement, consumer-protection, or platform rules.

This includes, where applicable, disclosure when:

a product was gifted;
the Creator receives affiliate commissions;
content was sponsored or paid for; or
another material relationship exists.

Depending on the circumstances, appropriate disclosure language may include terms such as “Ad,” “Sponsored,” “Gifted,” “Affiliate,” or similar clear disclosure language.

Disclosures must be sufficiently clear and prominent for an ordinary viewer to notice and understand.

Creators must not intentionally conceal their commercial relationship with Daily Motivation TV.

12. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with Daily Motivation TV products remains the property of Daily Motivation TV or the applicable rights holder.

Protected materials may include, without limitation:

journals;
planners;
workbooks;
prayer books and prayer resources;
printable products;
downloadable files;
PDFs;
worksheets;
templates;
written content;
prayers;
exercises;
prompts;
illustrations;
artwork;
graphics;
cover designs;
photographs owned by the Company;
product designs;
logos;
trademarks;
branding;
website content; and
other original materials.

Receiving, purchasing, downloading, or being gifted a Daily Motivation TV product does not transfer copyright or ownership.

No resale rights, master resale rights, private label rights, commercial-use rights, sublicensing rights, or other intellectual-property rights are granted except where Daily Motivation TV expressly provides written authorization.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

13. Digital Products — Personal Use Only

Digital products supplied, purchased, downloaded, or gifted to a Creator are licensed for personal use only, except for the limited promotional permission specifically described in these Terms.

Creators may display reasonable screenshots, photographs, screen recordings, or limited previews of a digital product for legitimate promotion of that product as a Daily Motivation TV affiliate.

However, promotional previews must not disclose enough of the product to allow another person to reproduce, reconstruct, download, copy, or substantially use the product without purchasing it.

Creators may NOT, without prior written authorization from Daily Motivation TV:

sell or resell a digital product;
redistribute a digital product;
share or give the complete digital product to another person;
upload the complete digital file publicly or privately for third-party access;
provide the PDF or original digital files to followers, customers, friends, groups, subscribers, or other third parties;
include the product in a bundle, membership, subscription, course, giveaway, download library, or commercial offering;
reproduce or distribute substantial portions of the product;
modify the product and sell or redistribute the modified version;
remove, obscure, alter, or replace copyright notices, watermarks, branding, or ownership information;
claim Daily Motivation TV content, designs, prompts, worksheets, illustrations, or materials as their own;
use the product as source material to create a substantially similar competing product for sale or distribution;
sublicense, rent, transfer, or commercially exploit the product;
upload original files to file-sharing services, cloud folders, marketplaces, forums, groups, or other locations for third-party downloading;
use the product for print-on-demand or commercial reproduction; or
provide customers with copies instead of directing them to an authorized Daily Motivation TV sales channel.

Purchase or receipt of a digital product provides a limited personal-use license only. Copyright and ownership remain with Daily Motivation TV or the applicable rights holder.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial exploitation may result in immediate removal from the Program and may result in further action to protect the applicable intellectual-property rights.

14. Limited Permission to Promote Daily Motivation TV

While participating in the Program, approved Creators receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use authorized Daily Motivation TV product images, product names, logos, trademarks, and promotional materials solely as reasonably necessary to promote eligible products.

Creators may photograph and film products they legitimately receive or purchase for promotional content.

This permission does not transfer ownership of Daily Motivation TV intellectual property.

15. Ownership and Use of Creator Content

Unless otherwise separately agreed in writing, Creators retain ownership of original content they independently create.

Where a Creator tags Daily Motivation TV, directly submits content to Daily Motivation TV, or creates content specifically pursuant to an agreed collaboration, the Creator grants Daily Motivation TV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to repost, share, display, and feature that content through Daily Motivation TV's owned social-media accounts, websites, emails, and organic marketing channels, subject to applicable law.

Paid advertising rights, whitelisting, TikTok Spark Ads, substantial modification, third-party licensing, or use of a Creator's name, image, voice, or likeness in paid advertising are not automatically granted and require separate agreement where applicable.

16. Brand and Trademark Use

Creators may use the Daily Motivation TV name and approved branding solely as reasonably necessary to promote authorized products.

Creators may not:

impersonate Daily Motivation TV;
register domains or accounts confusingly similar to the Company's brand;
claim ownership of Company trademarks;
materially alter Company branding in a misleading way;
falsely imply that they own, operate, or officially represent Daily Motivation TV; or
enter into commitments on behalf of Daily Motivation TV.

17. Paid Advertising

Unless prior written permission is provided, Creators may not purchase advertising using Daily Motivation TV trademarks, product names, or confusingly similar terms in a manner intended to impersonate the Company, mislead consumers, or improperly compete with the Company's own advertising.

Creators may not create websites, advertisements, or landing pages that falsely appear to be operated by Daily Motivation TV.

18. Confidential Information

Creators may occasionally receive non-public information regarding upcoming products, launches, campaigns, pricing, commissions, or business activities.

Information identified as confidential, or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential, must not be disclosed without authorization.

This does not apply to information already publicly available through no breach of these Terms.

19. Program Changes

Daily Motivation TV may modify the Program, including commission rates, eligible products, discounts, promotional rules, holding periods, or Program policies.

Where reasonably practicable, material prospective changes affecting Creator compensation will be communicated before taking effect.

Changes will not retroactively eliminate valid commissions already earned, except where a transaction is later refunded, reversed, fraudulent, charged back, or otherwise invalid.

20. Suspension and Termination

Either Daily Motivation TV or the Creator may end participation in the Program.

Daily Motivation TV may immediately suspend or terminate a Creator for fraud, intellectual-property infringement, unauthorized distribution of digital products, deceptive advertising, manipulation of affiliate tracking, brand impersonation, or other material violations of these Terms.

Following termination:

the Creator must stop representing themselves as an active Daily Motivation TV Creator Partner;
affiliate links or codes may be disabled;
unauthorized use of Company promotional assets must cease; and
valid commissions earned before termination remain subject to applicable holding periods, refunds, chargebacks, fraud reviews, and payment rules.

Provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, payment reconciliation, and other provisions intended by their nature to survive termination will continue to apply.

21. Independent Contractor Relationship

Creators participate as independent contractors.

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, agency, joint venture, franchise, or fiduciary relationship.

Creators have no authority to enter into agreements, incur obligations, or make commitments on behalf of Daily Motivation TV.

22. No Guarantee of Income or Results

Daily Motivation TV does not guarantee any Creator a minimum amount of income, commissions, sales, followers, traffic, engagement, complimentary products, or future collaborations.

Creator results depend on qualifying transactions and factors outside the Company's control.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Daily Motivation TV will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Program.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

24. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Creators agree to indemnify and hold harmless Daily Motivation TV and its owners, officers, employees, and representatives from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, or reasonable expenses arising from the Creator's material breach of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, unlawful promotional activity, infringement of third-party rights, or false or unauthorized representations.

25. Governing Law

These Terms and the Creator & Affiliate Program will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

27. Electronic Acceptance

Participation in the Daily Motivation TV Creator & Affiliate Program may involve electronic application, invitation, approval, registration, or acceptance through Shopify Collabs or another authorized platform.

By joining and participating in the Program after being provided access to these Terms, the Creator acknowledges and agrees to comply with them.
